Because the more I think about it, the more I see how it could be done. It's horrific, but Ethan's poor life choices have caught up to him in awful ways before...

Ahahaha! And then I follow the link. I don't actually know if Jonathan is worst. It's actually easier to see my way into *that* story. He's just got such good shambling minion potential. Because the star-shine, it wears off eventually.

I am probably the only person made slightly sad that GENTLETHAN Was Gentleman/Jonathan and had nothing to do with Ethan Rayne. :D

(But still delighted by it on general principle, even if my Buffy days are still in my past.)

SHRIMP ARMY. (i know the world of shrimp is a thing from somewhere but i can't remember where and it's making me nuts.) i love it. imagining an army of little pink crustaceans wearing tiny helmets and tiny boots and carrying tiny firearms and yelling orders in tiny squeaky voices - especially in service of illyria - cracks me up.

gentlethan makes my head hurt, tho, because WHY WOULD YOU SHIP THE GENTLEMEN WITH ANYONE. however. this is legitimately still the best infomercial.

no, i mean besides buffy. altho maybe that's what i'm thinking of - altho it's been a very long time since i thought about buffy canon - and my brain just conjured images out of nowhere. but i swear i've seen, like, a comic book panel of shrimpworld. now i want shrimp. >.< as cute as they are in their tiny military uniforms.
